i did an interesting excercise today

workouts - bore me to snore -

so i look for fun and funky ways -

to jazzercise it up lol

truly - the bally's crowd look at me with dropped jaws

but - i have fun - and the innovation - has
helped me - be healthier -

i started to workout with 10 pound weights -

and i pretty much box and dance with them -
or do tae kwan doe - took one class - but the moves - with their intention in mind -
make it work - and to the tunes -

it's fun and i sweat like - mmm well - niagara!

anyway -

today on the treadmill - bored bored -

so - i started skipping to the left - like in basket ball -

then backwards then to my right -

i tried this very slowly - VERY - and then got the hang of it

and moved more speed up as well as level of ramp -
steeper -

it was good -

it was fun -

my legs felt much more alive -

- and so it goes -
