This makes me reflect on my own experience, for example. As I was being abused by dozens and dozens of men online as a teen, I was too afraid and ashamed to seek help, tell someone about it, report them to the police etc. That was now a few years ago and the computers and accounts (i.e. msn) where this largely took place are all gone. These men were all mostly in other countries, usually the US and UK. How could I find these men to report them? My therapist said that it is up to law enforcement to find these perps and not me. It still seems like a daunting task.

Without a doubt they were and are still abusing many other children and teens, and perhaps some of them have been caught through other investigations, child porn rings etc etc but I can never know for certain. And many of them are probably still largely undetected and gleefully abusing away like they have for the last so many years and intend to continue doing so.

If only I had said something as it was happening or I was "caught" by my parents and they told the police... if only, then these men could have been stopped back in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.....
