did you sleep better last night?
it may have been a combination of things:
maybe more restful sleep
it probably slowed down your heart rate a bit (not in an unhealthy way, but a faster heart rate can be a trigger for anxiety)
maybe made you feel more "mellow"
probably helped with the sinus stuff-- when we are sick, it does affect our emotional health.
i'm glad you had a day today in which you felt better!

P.S. melatonin helps me feel less anxious at bedtime
