Contemplating With The Constellations

Why do I try to unite to another nightís sphere
Knowing thereís never to be a return of affection?
Hours spent gazing inward, probing this emptiness
A meaningless search for inescapable truths I knowingly fear?

Am I to ride on the rays of another starís flickering
Holding on in wait for a momentary flash of acceptance
Before my soulís dimming, overtaken by an empty spaciousness
Left forlorn and abandoned to imaginationís chaotic littering?

Are the answers to be found binding the stars within their constellations
With truths radiating down upon us from Leo, Pisces, Taurus or Pegasus
Or is it from the brilliance of a singular Star hung to the North that will faithfully lead us?
Iím a soul too shallow to grasp flawless fidelities so I muse as nightís splendor spurs my speculations.

Balanced (My goal)

There is symmetry
In self-reflection
Life exemplified
Grace personified
