People don't live on pizza alone.

OK, we just picked two bowls full of blueberies in our yard tonight. When I was a kid, we took a shortcut to school through a neighbor's yard and would go through there in the summer just to feast on the grapes he grew.

What's coming out of the earth this time of year to set your taste buds dancing? I'm going to put some of those blueberries in my cereal tomorrow morning. I still miss the grapes, though. I've never seen them growing around here since I came this way in 1987.

Still, I have my blueberries.
