Hey Gecko,
it is great to hear that you brought your girlfriend at your therapy and that you've felt better lately.
Your girlfriend looks like she knows what she wants, I'm happy that she came no matter on your tries to sabotage it.

Must say that I've learned a lot from you and sharing problems with others.
Keep it up like that!

(((( Gecko ))))

You're winning this game, brother. You're understanding your defense mechanisms and working to overcoming them.

Understanding that your subconscious was trying to sabotage your relationship in order to keep you "safe" is a great step, and the fact that your girlfriend saw through this and continued coming to your T session into your "safe place" is a HUGE sign that you're in a good place right now.

Congrats, brother. Proud of you.

Thanks everyone smile

Yes, I'm lucky to have a woman who knows what she wants in my life. She was pretty hurt and confused by my behaviour before, but somehow she was still able to trust me enough to come with me. And I really think she understands better now.
