we can never see past the choices we make,
until we make them,
we can never understand the choices we make,
until we live them.

choice, it is what defines us as people,
it shapes who and what we will become,
and what we have been in the past.

sometimes choice is as clear and decisive,
other times it is muddled in confusion and uncertainty.

choice has the ability to set us free,
or it can hold us prisoner to our own devices.

choice is neither wrong or right,
it is niether bad or good,
it is niether smart or stupid,
it is ours,
and ours alone to make.

the remarkable thing is all people make a choice every day,
they choose the attitude in which they will embrace each day.
in the end, it is the impact on our lives that our choices make, and how we learn from them that truly matters.

Love heals everything

So true, of course. Actually, I look back and I wonder about which was more difficult: thinking I had no choice and trying to live with that, or knowing I have a choice now and trying to live with that.

Much love,

Nobody living can ever stop me
As I go walking my freedom highway.
Nobody living can make me turn back:
This land was made for you and me.
(Woody Guthrie)

this is good advice and worth reading.
free will is ours.
the only thing we truly own.
every decision is an act of exercising force.
every choice is a commitment to consequence.
every commitment is freedom from uncertainty, indecision, endless options and infinite alternatives.
always do the right thing, but be prepared to be proven wrong.
in the end, whatever we choose, becomes our fate, and could even become fatal.
