A storm is coming.
The night is gone
The sunlight forces it way
Through the weakened clouds
In the distant north I see blue sky
It is warmer now
But to the south
The clouds are dark and thick
And moving this way
So I enjoy the warmth
The light
But I prepare for the storm

It may not amount to much
And the sun
Will always be there somewhere
But I would be foolish
Not to prepare
I know the rain is necessary
To make things grow
To clear the air
And remove the haze
And this is needed

So I prepare
And when it comes
With whatever fury it brings
I will think of the sun
And for that also
I will prepare

Roger what a cool healing poem. I really like it. Thanks for sharing this one with us. I hope you are doing as well as this poem suggests.

Much love,

Nobody living can ever stop me
As I go walking my freedom highway.
Nobody living can make me turn back:
This land was made for you and me.
(Woody Guthrie)

Well, Larry it looks as though this one was prophetic
I hate it when I do that.
I will think of the sun
