For my class work in Massage Therapy, I was reading one of my books today. In it, it talks about hugs and I think this is kewl...

"The need to be touched does not dimish with age. The late Virginia Satir, a member of the American Orthopsychiatric Assoc, used to say, "You need four hugs a day for survival, eight for maintenance, and twelve for grwoth." Touch helps define body boundaries and body image."

Wow,, Jeff and I hug a lot but I'm not sure we get that many hugs in for a day. Interesting thought though.

In order to journey to new worlds, we must first be willing to lose site of the shore.
