i was feeling low - and glum -

and really desperate at my exhaustion

i thought about friends and mistakes

and differences - and acceptances of how we like some things about each other and

don't some other things -

as well -

then i though to just send a prayer out - it gives me strength too

to the guys today - who are feeling temporarily weakened or tired -

to get some rest and collect your thoughts and breath and feelings and find some peace

i just did that -

and kind of realized - i have to adapt to survive now

i just need to be a little adaptive -

and accept somethings -

and actually it gives comfort - to accept my quirks -
and my buddies quirks -

and strong suits - and maybe weakness -

those together - to cooperate and hopefully as a team - go forward in life ..

as buddies hopefully

peace and prayers for everybody at ms -

it ain't easy - but please let's love each other.

You are so right. As survivors we often are too ready to see danger and threats to our self-esteem around every corner. But the reality is that there are endless varieties in human nature and many things that make us feel threatened represent nothing more than those "bumps in the road".

Much love,

Nobody living can ever stop me
As I go walking my freedom highway.
Nobody living can make me turn back:
This land was made for you and me.
