i have been working really hard lately -

but it seems too - that

my tolerance for activity is getting less and less -

thusly i get more tired more easily!

i get things done but in smaller doses -
smaller packets-

i wanted to say i noticed - my mindset - was messed up -

the premise for the work energy i had for the day's work -

(not just in the basic food energy sense) was off -

i do not have limitless energy and to say you do or could is not realistic - or good expectation -

everything gets wear and tear and everything that works needs rest - even machines - to cool down or be brought back to working status -

so why do i think i have no limits sometimes in what i should do - or what i am doing -?

so i adjusted that in my head - i slept a good bit -

and yeah i feel a little better!

\:\)

i am gonna treat myself better -

so i guess the original point - which i skipped was -

i was becoming so tired - i could not sleep -

i was sleeping in small doses - but the lack of total sleep that i was needing - but getting enough to survive the next day

was having a really overall - bad effect -

IT ADDS UP -
and so eventually I could not sleep

anyways - a handyman - said - you really just got to turn on a boring channel -

and lie there in bed - get to bed! he said -

Mark,

When I have a lot of things on my mind I often tend to run around and "invent" other things to do so as to achieve a sense of being in control and getting somewhere. Are you doing that?

When I get like that I just have to call a halt to it and take a break. Music, a film, a weekend away, a good book. The name of the game is "This is my time just for me and all you problems just need to fuck off until I recharge".

Don't wear yourself out bro. ;\)

Much love,
Larry
