I am trying to write an article for my column in the next issue of the newsletter in Voices. I plan on doing it on dental anxiety and survivors since I struggle so much with this.
What I would love to have is any input that you all can give me... like what things have worked when you have went to the dentist (taking into account that you struggle with dental anxiety like I do). I don't think I'm alone on this one.
So if you have any helpful hints, or ideas that would be good for dentists to see, I will gladly try to incorporate everything together. Of course I can't write a complete book on the subject, but I will do what I can to include everything. My purpose is so that this will not only be helpful to survivors but to dentists and their staffs as well.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
