I am sorry to hear how unsettling this has been for you especially the panic attacks (I've only had one but the mere fear of another is enough to get me anxious). I am sure it feels difficult having so many strangers, people you are not sure you can trust, all up in your personal safe spot. I want you to know that you will get through this even though it does suck. In the mean time do whatever you need to do to relax and feel comfortable whether it is MS, tv, exercise, whatever YOU know will help you. Breathe in breathe out focus on your breathe keep it slow and controlled your house will be fixed in no time and you will have made it through!
