I've started reading a book called: Wheat Belly. It's about how the modern form of wheat is no longer the wheat that our ancestors ate. Modern wheat has proteins in it which react within our systems, making many of us have belly fat. This is called wheat belly.
I've started to lower my intake of wheat but it's difficult. It takes planning and some shopping to make sure that I have substitutes.
I did succeed in eliminating wheat from my daily food until this evening when I ran out of ideas. So I ate some wheat roles. In an hour and a half I started to get the usual belly cramps and the tingling sensation that told me that, yes, my body was really reacting to the wheat roles.
