It's disgusting to read some of what Sandusky's attorney is claiming
- is there any chance the man has been mis-judged? It sure doesn't seem like it.
When the Sandusky case was breaking, I really thought that it was like one of those civil rights cases from the past, and I thought it could have a transformational effect on the way our country treats CSA cases. I still hope so, although I wonder...with the Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts, hundreds of individual cases across all strata of society, and considering just how many people have suffered or know someone who has been abused, are laws changing fast enough? Are people and groups being prosecuted properly? I don't think so. What is going on?!
Thanks, Gary, for keeping Sandusky in the front of our minds. I really appreciate your dedication and your passion.
I won the moment he hurt me, because he poisoned his soul, and I did not poison mine. I did not hurt anyone. He did. He was the perp. He tried to make me into a victim, but I became a survivor. Yes.
