I finally watched the movie today. I must say, the movie pretty accurately depicts the life of the victims pretty precisely.

I remember the holding up the wall, being alone, the whole nine yards. Hell, I feel that way now much of the time.

Except for the jacket and tie, that was me propping up the wall at the high school dance. I only went to one, at the urging of a friend, and it didn't take long for me to realize I didn't belong there.

I loved Perks, though it was painful to watch. Despite the positive message, I found it depressing to see how much love, understanding and support Charlie had from his family and friends. I wish that was the case for all of us.

I also wish I'd met a high school girl like Emma Watson.... wink
