I was raped as a toddler. You all know what the burden is like, no need to go into that part. I do yoga 5-6 times a week. It helps free the pain retained by the body. I go to therapy twice a week. It shines some light in the dark places. I can feel myself making progress. Very fucking slow progress. I am in my mid 20s and i want to run free and let my dick swing. I'm more of a tear the band-aid off than a slowly peel it type of guy.

Things that sound too good to be true usually are.

But when I learned that there is a drug treatment that cures sufferers of ptsd in one application, both army vets and victms of childhood trauma, I had to know. Next month I'll be flying out of the country to take a chance on this ibogaine stuff. I'll let you all know how it goes. In the meantime if anyone has any experience with with this drug, positive or negative, let me know.

This is a report of a mans experience who was sexually abused by men who threatened to kill him. He says he was treated in one session. The audio quality sucks.

I forgot to mention, I have to fly out of the us to do it because we are one of the three countries that have prohibited it. War on drugs and all that.

Also this website is not well formatted for posting from a phone. Hard to go back and correct errors.

I would really like to try this for myself. I will mention it to my therapist. Thanks for posting this.

this is the best resource for further information about ibogaine I have found.

I'd also like to mention that many people who don't know their ass from their elbow have started businesses around ibogaine treatment and you should research carefully if you are interested in doing this.

Ayahuasca is another concoction that may be a help to trauma survivors.
