L84, I've been thinking about this thread the past couple of days. I do have a question to you as a survivor, and if any other MSers can add anything, if would be helpful to me.

Do you notice that as you heal and move away from "all or nothing" thinking in a general sense, that you also move away from avoidance/compulsion sexually? if so, can you describe what that process feels like emotionally? Is it a forward-back thing? i see that healing is more of a gradual curve, with a few steps back into old comforts, and I guess I'm wondering what emotions go with that.

Sorry to derail, and if this needs to be split into a new thread, I fully understand.
