Your story is similar to mine, I'm a survivor of CSA as is my H. I've done some EMDR therapy for myself, which was extremely helpful in my healing. BUT, my H has not begun healing from his own CSA, so there are times that things just aren't right with him and it is painful. Those are the times that I have to step back and take care of myself. I go to Al Anon meetings because he has been a self abuser for years and he has been working on that aspect, being sober for almost two years. I find following the 12 steps & traditions very helpful in keeping myself healthy. I would encourage you to give it a try, but most importantly take care of yourself which may mean setting some boundaries in his behavior towards you.
