My Psychologist recommended this book to use in Talk Therapy. Like many of you, many of my childhood issues followed me into adulthood (and some intensified) This workbook was an extremely crucial part of working with my Psychologist in changing my automatic thoughts. I used to feel overwhelmed constantly, not being able to break things down. It has helped me realize many of my learned thoughts were false. I've even conquered some phobia's with the combo of this workbook and my Psychologist. I used it for about 3 months, but it worked great for me.
