Well, I hear you about that victim, but since he isn't needed to convict Sandusky, his identity doesn't need to become generally known. He hires a lawyer, they arrange for confidential exchanges of information, so he can receive a payment for damages, and that's it.

I don't think he'd have to be revealed publicly. He's going to need the money for lost wages, pain and suffering, medical and therapy care, so he's going to need the money.

This victim could have committed suicide. He could also be in prison and not know about Sandusky's arrest and conviction.

or he could be the ceo of a very successful company making millions of dollars...

fact is...

noone knows who this guy is, and if he's still alive, when he's ready to let the world know, he'll do it.... not a second sooner.. not a second later....

this is HIS life... not any of ours.. yes, i would love for him to be getting the help he may need, if he isn't getting it yet.... but he has to live his life.. we can't do that for him...
live another day. climb a little higher.

my story

Most likely he has pushed the memories out of his conscious mind long before now. That is the usual pattern. Then the memories will surface perhaps 20+ years after the abuse. Meantime, he will be struggling with a bunch of issues of the type we all know about. He won't even know why he has those issues until his memories come up. Then he will be calling for help. The likelihood is that he's intelligent and went on to college, perhaps at Penn State. S. liked intelligent victims. If so he's struggling with some job perhaps in Pennsylvania. It's also possible that he's unemployed or in the military. It's likely that he's struggling to maintain a faltering marriage or relationship with a girl friend.

P.S. I hope that a few years from now someone will put all the Sandusky stuff together and write a book. If so that author must still respect the anonymity of the victims.
