I'm still in the process of finding a therapist but I am already getting very anxious about it. Don't get me wrong I want to go and I am looking foreword to start healing. I have just never done anything like this before. I was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what to expect. I know every therapist will be different but do you usually go once a week , three times a week, once a month... ? Will I have to jump right in and tell what happened? I hope this doesn't sound silly I just have no idea.
