This is a normal part of being a developing male in his teen years.
There is nothing wrong about it-it may feel awkward, yes, but it is temporary until you completely grow into your full adult body.
You are taking care of your nutrition-avoid the temptation to use artificial stimulants to make your body different-those unnatural things will boomerang and have consequences you can't forsee.
Our challenge is to accept where we are at, stop harmful actions and thoughts to ourselves, and take advantage of the constructive things and relationships around us-doing that as a teen male surrounded by meanness and teasing and immaturity is tough-especially if u have been abused - but the same rules apply even if we start out from that dark place.
I felt i had a very awkward body as a teen-looking back at photos, it wasn't true. Even though I do have a physical oddity from birth that was the object of some teasing around ages 12-14 or so. Today, I'm cool wih it and even glad -it is part of who I really am and balances out those traits that I am too proud off about me-
