Thanks DH.

Money talks, but all it tells me is goodbye.

My expectation would be that all sites and organizations that are based on sexual abuse and assault prevention and services to survivors would come out in support of this. Are we not all in this together? This should resonate with all organizations whether they be for female, male or a certain age range.

I would like to see MS rise to this as well. In the last newsletter both the outgoing and incoming presidents made interesting statements concerning men assaulted as adults. They stated that as an organization MS had not met the needs of these men and both said that changes needed to be made in this direction. That was 16 months ago. Other than the addition of the ASA Forum I have not witnessed anything else to match the statements made in that newsletter.

Brian, I think the least this organization could do is send out a statement of support for those you mentioned. Some of them might actually come here like so many did after the Oprah 200 episodes aired.

Just my thoughts on this very important step for ALL survivors.

Thanks for bringing this to the attention of all men here.

Broad statements often miss their true mark.
