This is a fantastic book I am reading from Thich Nhat Hanh, the renowned Buddhist.

This book is helping me to understand the sense of powerlessness I have felt and giving me a very simple, practical way out of this seemingly hopeless place.

I highly recommend this book to all who have suffered abuse.

Ah yes, Thich Nhat Hanh. Extremely calming literature.
