Hey--I have definite problems with food as well. I eat to fill that empy void, but it doesn't help. I agree that not eating the first cookie or candy helps (for me it is pasta, bread and potato). I have recently lost over 50 pounds using Jenny Craig and working with a personal trainer at they gym. It definitely helps me to have people monitoring my progress as it keeps me honest. That said, the last few days have been pretty bad for eating what I shouldn't. Guess it is a process and I just need to get back in control.
