Food is one of the ways I take care of myself and of people I love. We hosted five people for Easter Dinner today and I wanted to share the menu we had.

Pre-Dinner Nosh: Deviled Eggs and Champagne.
Soup: Potage Magali served with a Dry French Rose.
Salad: Fennel, Arugula, and Parmesan with Lemon dressing served with an Austrian Pinot Blanc .
Sorbet: Orange Cardamom with Ground Nutmeg
Main: Leg of Lamb speared with garlic and covered in a Rosemary crust, served with Roasted new potatoes and Glazed Carrots accompanied by a French Bordeaux and an Australian Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cake: Lemon Cake with Lemon Curd filling served with Late Harvest Gewurztraminer
Afters: Cheeses and Chocolates.
