read that article just a bit ago myself - feel really bad for the kid - is sure frustrating how the people who make laws don't understand abuse - sure hope he's getting the therapy he needs - at least therapists underrstand...

I agree, a very frustrating case. I am sure that there are professionals out there somewhere who can handle it right. Perhaps it is a case of not getting the correct people on the job. If people shout out about it enough then maybe we can get things changed.

Incredible! Yet its not out of line to allow an inamate conceptual configuration of a business to have the same rights as a person?
I'd think there be an exception for minors who are so young to testify on their own behalf.
