welcome james. i agree with you that you made the right decision to join us. take your time, especially if you are new to recovery. it can be a rough road, but here you will find you are not alone. you'll see a lot of things here that will cause you to remember things you'd possibly rather forget. but, again, keep talking and sharing your thoughts and feelings as things come up.

Welcome James. It was good meeting you in chat last night. Take your time and read through the message boards. There's A LOT here, enough to keep you busy reading for months. Just go at your own pace. For new people I generally suggest the Survivor Stories forum. The stories can be a bit intense and triggery though but it will convince you that you are not alone.
