I used to study Brazilian JuJitsu, but that was a while ago. I still remember a lot of stuff. I have also trained in MMA from a guy that was a sparing partner for some famous Hollywood types. I met him through a friend and train with him for over 2 years.
I'm not really into the fighting aspect of it so much anymore.
I am currently looking for a discipline based one meditation and relaxation and stress reduction. Something that can be utilized for the benefit of emotional regulation.
I am thinking about YOGA, but I am not sure.
Anyone with any advice on the area would be very welcome.

P.S. I also love Parkour and have gotten fairly good at it. It is the best and most fun way to exercise!
