One of my big issues is stress. I take on alot of it, through the work that I do as well as what I put myself thru, namely not sleeping and eating properly, plus my mind always going whether I'm awake or not. While I'm under stress my mindset is like I have no choice but to take it and keep going yet the result is I never feel rested. Also, it seems that on the rare occasions that I do relax I get sick, which funnily enough feels like a respite. I'm just worried about getting really sick, as in something life threatening if this keeps up. I just wish I knew how to stop.
Love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.
