Breakfast- My favorite is waffles drowned in syrup.3 eggs over medium ans sauages.

Lunch- Double- double cheeseburger. From In&Out a local fastfood place here in CA. Everything cooked fresh after you order. They even peel the potatoes there( no frozen fries). And a chocolate shake. mmmm! IS IT TIME FOR LUNCH yet?

Dinner- I only get my favorite when I go back home to North Carolina. Pulled pork, collar greens, barbque beans, hush puppies and sweet ice tea.
I also really like chicken and dumplings.

Dessert- German chocolate cake or Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream.

Damn Nyjah,
I hadn't planned on going home this year!lol

Lober and Tut,

This is actually not a bad idea nutritionally. Peanut butter is high in protein and also contains peanut oil which is valuable as an appetite suppressant as well as supplying nutritinal needs. The toast would contribute needed calories for the bodies needs.

Make sure the peanut butter doesn't contain transfat (may be identified as hydrogenated oil).

Since I am allergic to peanut butter, I won't go this way.

Breakfast: nothing usually.
Lunch: something light, like a sandwich.
Dinner: I like red meat, grilled, baked, pan-fried. You name it. smile
Dessert: anything chocolate. smile Especially Peanut M&Ms. (trying to quit smoking still, they're a great substitute... unless I suddenly gain 50 pounds!)

Did you see Michael Banks breakfast and lunch choices? Pretty standard truck driver fare if you ask me. I'll have to admit that my wife and I ate at In & Out Burger 3 times in 4 days when we were just in the Los Angeles-area last week. And my favorite breakfast is a big ground sirloin patty with eggs over easy and hash browns with a little fresh fruit on the side, along with a short stack of pancakes and a couple of cups of strong black coffee. If I can't find an In & Out Burger I like Popeye's Spicy Fried Chicken or Boston Market, or some greasy little place in Chicago for a hot Italian Beef sandwich with lots of hot peppers on it. Another lunch favorite for many years in Cleveland or Detroit is a corned beef Reuben sandwich. I know of a couple of places that make huge Reuben's. Try Al's Famous Deli in Royal Oak, MI or Slyman's Deli in Cleveland.

I have always been a big fan of Prime Rib with covered with horseradish. I'll take a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad to go with it. Last night on the buffet at the Suncoast I had two big slabs of Prime Rib to go along with two helpings of beef brisket, a dozen large shrimp with cocktail sauce, a bowl of cottage cheese, and some strawberry yogurt with fresh fruit. The best thing about it was a comp from the casino, along with our free room there both last night and Monday night.

I always try to show the waitress that there isn't enough room between my belly and the table left for desert. I used to enjoy ice cream sandwiches, chocolate layer cake with vanilla frosting, creme brulet, butterscotch pudding, and apple, cherry, or peach pie with ice cream too. I'm a fan of a vanilla or chocolate chip shake every now and then too.

In Cleveland, Chicago, or Detroit, at 3:00 in the morning, my old favorite is White Castle. It is the only time that I'll eat there.

My mom keeps telling me that I need to get some exercise!!!

Bon appetite!!!
