This story really pisses me off. A little 9 year-old girl writes to Santa Claus and asks him to stop a family member from touching her and her little sister.

I wish I was Santa Claus!

The next one is not about children or child abuse, but I think it belongs here anyway, to emphasize how cruel some people in this world are. While senior citizens are hardly children, they are many time, just as fragile.

"America's Most Wanted" host John Walsh can finally rest a little easier knowing that the identity of his 6 year-old son's rapist and murderer is revealed. "Who would rape, decapitate, and murderer a little boy?

And finally, after all this sick, demented, horrible bullshit that goes on everyday, this is proof that there is still some good hearts in the world. This story, literally, brought a few tears to my eyes.

"I was so poor growing up, that if I wasn't born a boy, I wouldn't have had anything to play with." Rodney Dangerfield

I would have loved to see a copy of that letter to Santa! It just goes to show how innocent and defenseless abused kids are. And imagine how the person feels who saw the letter and reported the abuse. What a gift to those two little girls!

Much love,

This land was made for you and me.
