I'm sorry for replacing lots of my posts with dots just now. I'm sorry to everyone and for making a mess on the boards and making replies looking pointless. I know how really annoying that can be for people. I don't know what happened i was upset and auto-pilot took over to destroy myself. I didn't delete anything for any other reasons and i feel really bad because i really do appreciate every reply that you give me, and i wont do it again.

Hi, king tut, no apologies needed my friend, I am here to listen to you, I'm damn sure that probably 99% of mine don't make sense either. To me nothing is pointless, we all were severly damaged in mind and soul. They surely destroyed us, but we (you and me) king tut, along with the rest of us have to come to these pages and vent our feelings, sure we are definately in deep depression at times when we come to this web site and these pages and (appear) to not make sense. But my friend you have helped me, don't dispare, I will give everyone on these pages my compassion, understanding and UNCONDITIONAL love. For me no apology is/was needed, my friend/brother. Cheer up, heal well my friend/brother.

Lewis, my dear friend Lewis,

No apologies necessary! Self destruction is one more thing that CSA survivors have in common. The important thing here, I yhink, is that you immediately recognised it and put a stop to it. That reassures me for you.

So, Lewis, I think I know, but I'd like to hear it from you. What caused this meltdown? You can PM me if you'd rather we talked this through in that way. The important thing is that you feel comfortable, OK?

It's all good dude, I went to almost all of my posts as "demonboi" and deleted stuff. Sometimes I do that with my posts as Nyjah.

As other guys have already said, no apology is needed. We get it. There are so many times in our lives when we CAN'T take the action required to gain a feeling of safety, so here at least it's great that we can do what we need to do to achieve that. You felt overextended and you did what you needed to do to feel safe again. You will get past this need to do that, but in the meantime it's perfectly okay. As you can see from the replies you have received, you are accepted and appreciated just as you are.

Much love,

You'll probably find that friends and family are used to the 'deleting' behaviour - whenever my b/f goes into self-destruct mode he closes his email accounts, deletes facebook entries, clears blogs and generally tries to disappear. He does it at times when he's feeling so bad that he wishes he could disappear completely in real life.

A few days later he starts new emails and rejoins the world.
We understand :-)
