rain.......teeming down from the sky,
like tiny beads of liquid glass,
they shatter as they hit the earth,
the beautiful fresh smell,
after a summer storm,
brings my senses alive.

snow......soft, white, perfect little feathers
of cold wonder,
falling and covering everything they touch
with a quiet calm blanket of peace,
makes my mind be filled with ease.

sunshine......golden and soothing,
bringing all it touches to life,
sunrises filled with bold purples and pinks,
letting us know that a new day has begun,
sunsets abound with soft hues that paint the clouds,
letting us know that night is drawing near.

falling leaves......brilliant orange and yellow flags,
slow gliding geometric shapes,
drifting to the ground,
signifying the end of a season,
and the long wait ahead for a fresh beginning.

Love heals everything

As always I like your imagery. It's so vivid and it shows you moving more and more into safe territory in your recovery. I'm so glad to see that.

Much love,

Nobody living can ever stop me
As I go walking my freedom highway.
Nobody living can make me turn back:
This land was made for you and me.
(Woody Guthrie)
