It is going to take more than 53 posts to be free of this, my man. Why don't you look-up at least one of the three books that I recommended and begin to work towards a greater understanding of the issues that you have and will have to begin to deal with in recovery. We will all miss you here too.

Keep coming back and keep taking chances.

Have hope,

Yeah, JB, take a break if you need one, but don't be afraid to come back. We can't always see the survivor in ourselves..a lot of us just see ourselves as victims still but we see the survivor in others and others see the survivor in us and that's what keeps us keeping each other strong.

Good luck, JB.

no apology necessary my friend.

You are one of us and are always welcome.

Drop in any time, I'll throw a pot of coffee on. :-)

With love and prayers for you.

Happy to be a recovering survivor. :-)

You have to be the one that says when and how much...considering our histories. But, tomorrow or, the next day, or, even next month, if you decide that stopping for now is not right for you...come on back.

checkin out for a few weeks... whistle

We all have to deal with our csa issues at our own pace.
