It is ok to be sensitive or touchy...or even to blow a gasket from time to time...it can be very therapeutic. But, it is much better to find ways to deal with your anger in a healthy manner. I know I found venting like this and just saying what was on my mind helped me deal with my anger. The more you talk about your feelings the less control they have over you. I also found out that not many people wanted to be around me when I was at a similar point in my healing. I wasn't on my best behavior and was just plain old crabby. In time I realized that if I wanted thave friends, I needed to address my behavior and reduce my anger. I also found daily exercise to help my outlook and demeanor. As much as it would seem to make things easier soemtimes, we all need to have relationships to be happy in life. Maybe right now itsn't the best time for you, but in due time you will be making new friends and things will look better for you. Just hang in there and we will all help you get over those rough patches.
