When I was 10, my brother who was 14 asked for a blowjob and I went through with it. Was this sexual abuse? Thanks

First of all, if it is concerning you, you may want to consult with a licensed therapist, psychologist, or other mental health professional who has experience in the area of sexual abuse. It would be good if they have experience treating abused males also. He/she would be the best qualified person to help you with your questions in this regard and should be able to determine better than anyone here the impact it had on your life.

I wish you well, Friend,

Enrique, I read somewhere that if you think you were abused, you probably were.

Why else would this weigh so heavily on your mind that you would search for a place like this?

Yes, I think you were abused. But no one but you can tell yourself for sure. Don't let anyone tell you what to think or feel.

And I agree with John. Please seek out professional help. I think that most of us here are survivors, not professionals, and so what we say is our opinion based on experience.

Good luck.

Enrique - Don't listen to the voice that tells you it was no big deal or it was just experimental. It is abuse. Do not compare yourself with someone's abuse story. You have your own. Find some help. We are here if you want to talk.
