Have any of you guys tried mindfulness meditation. I have been practicing mindfulness, and it is so easy it's a challenge.
I started with the book " FULL CATASTROPHE LIVING" by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It really helps, and you start to feel better almost immediately. Some of it is hard work, but it will help you with difficult thought patterns almost immediately.

I always thought meditation was bull shit, but this is different, and really helps.
