Happy Birthday Roy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just realized how long it would take to light 41 candles.

I hope you have a wonderful day. Here's to 41: may it be the best year yet.

Thanks for all you have done here. Your wit and wisdom have been a source of strength and inspiration for me over the past three months.

Hi Roy,

I am not sure how we know it is your 41st birthday, but I hope it is a happy one, one that begins the best year of your life so far.

Thanks for the caring and thoughtfulness you always show. It means a great deal to me.

Your brother,

I don't know what to say, you guys, except thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your greeting has actually brought tears to my eyes. I feel a little embarrassed, but inwardly pleased. You all mean the world to me. Even those of you who have worked my last nerve! I feel very free to be my whole self here, for better or worse, and it feels great. I hope this is the beginning of a good year for me, because I have had several rough ones in a row. I hope its the beginning of year of growth and healing for all of you.

Thanks again! \:o

Happy birthday Roy

Glad you are here
here is one other birthday joke

"Were you born in a basement and never brought up?"

Guess it feels like that for some of us - but because I'm in recovery I figure I'm part way up those basement stairs - feels like I have had to parent myself through all of this -

Anyway - many happy returns of the b-day

And that goes out to you too, Mattandrew - have a good one!

Birthday Roy,

Ok, your birthday is past, but the affirmations linger on. So don't forget how much we love you here.
