I have been experiencing a bad sleep pattern where I wake up about 2-3am and can't get back to sleep. This led to a lot of mixed feelings, doubt about my recovery, anger, guilt, fear. I finally seen the Dr. yesterday afternoon and she recommended a little change in my meds and I finally slept a full night. Today I feel much better and my positive outlook has come back. Its amazing what a good night sleep can do for ones health & outlook.
