I think this is one of the really big challenges we face - learning to focus on what there is to recover and restore than than what has been lost. That doesn't mean we dismiss the importance of the loss, just that we recognize the past can't be changed or redone and try to focus on what we can do now and tomorrow, and the day after that .... \:\)
