"weather" in the philisophical sense ...

when i feel this bad, this down, this alone and destitute, i've always acted out. found myself something that will pacify the ache, even for a little while.

i'm not doing that now - not acting out. i suppose that's to be congratulated, but right now it just feels like hell.

Mark,

Yep, I was trying to explore that with the "water" thing.

Have you tried finding things that will keep you mentally occupied? Especially creative things? I always found sitting alone to be an excellent way to make things worse.

Much love,
Larry

At work I can USUALLY stay mentally busy. Although lately I find myself having to reel in my brain and push it back to the grindstone...

At home I have my music. I'd be lost without it. Writing and composing have been MAJOR helps through my life. But even those I find it difficult to get motivated for. It's like I'm in this slump and can't even see the things that I've leaned on for years.

The self-saboteur in me is REALLY going to town right now. \:\(

Mark,

How about composing something that reflects how you feel then? That might be a useful outlet.

Much love,
Larry
