had a big workout today -

it was super - totally got sport like in the gym -

used all i had with the weights and medicine ball etc..

i met a really nice guy too

- who seemed interested also.

it's neat - it's different -

i usually go for a lot of personality - chemistry -

and looks not as much but attraction of course its key-

this person - though just one meeting was very physically beautiful - and very gentle and quiet but bulky

- (and being who i am

i always think the bf's i wish i were dating)-

he was actually really nice - relaxed - an adonis too -

around 6'4" - had the body of a proffessional crew oarsmen -

blonde preppy hair cut - blue eyes - and stood like a greek

statue in his charcoal grey slacks and button down. lol

totally banker - finanical services - ..

- it was just relaxed - but - we may see each other again -

it sort of felt that way -

i'm totally crazy - or maybe just my own brand of it

on the continuum of common human crazinesses...

but i guess in all gay friendships -

and relationships - there can be sexual tension -

concerns - and disomforts - .......

but - i just went with it - the conversation - and happy times,

i jokingly thought later on the treadmill

like if i were really going to be satisfied in life -

...warning 'gay fantasy' ...hehe

i would have the bestest friend - who i totally loved - and knew up and down - laughed with - and could argue with - and kiss and make up -
- everything about his quirks and great sides -

and faults - when he has his cylces -- meow!! and of course marry him - be together - a la - la cage aux folles -

and then like - a constant stream of beautiful cabana boys

we sort of keep around - to take care of the place - LOL

and keep things lively hehe - on your toes and

keep it real in a sense. :P

I need to find a workout partner, I don't know what I'm doing in the gym, so I feel like I'm wasting my time. I'm still fat!!! Any suggesting of a good workout program???

what i am doing is reverting back to the private trainer program -
i did - in west hollywood -

the meals are really like basic carbs - proteins and veggies -

but signicifcant amounts of proteins

i am cutting out all alcohol - and that usually drops a lot in the first 3 weeks -

cut juisc with water half and half not straight juices

- oatmeal is great - just without much milk = a little - and a litlte brown suagar
or raisins -

drink lots of water -

and ust workout 3 to 4 times a weeks =

sleep well - alot -

and try doing a mixutre of weights and pilates -

the last time i did that - i kind of freaked - i was so sexy - it was a little kinky

so i got a little fat a gain -

it was weird -

virtually no oils - just for flavourings -

fish - meat -

and - no butter

baked potatos - maybe flavoured with fresh salsa -

so no butter -

it's actually - good stuff - i was very thin - but very muscly -

and so low fat layer - and he said eat everything -

it was NOT easy cause it was so much -
