We sow the seeds of anger, a perrenial hardy flower that weathers good and ice alike, and storms" .
I never read that the plant can grow to 30mtrs if not potted.
So I plant the seed of anger into a big pot, but not too big to
get out of control.

Anger is built out of many facets of life, whether we are here or anywhere else.
There is of course no such thing as anger.

Anger is not a weapon we can use other than to ourselves.
It serves no purpose in life, hut we hav survived, and still
hold our primative instinct imtact, and hope that we can all remember the little guy who loves everybody and anything in
his wurld, intentional,

ste- your emotional well being too - your health and your home -

and the management of everything is a garden -

i so hear your mournful outrage - this happens to me often -

at home too - sometimes - more since i can be alone much of the time -

you and I are creative - we have that - driving us -

breath friend - throw that agression - at something the can get you where you want to go - your writing is so clever -

maybe do not fall prey to using your bad memories - as a target for the loads of creative energy you have.

you have so much to offer - i know the hurt - i know it's hard - you can still have your life -

I love that metaphor! I think it describes the survivor's anger very well. It has to be accommodated, but not allowed to get too big. Thanks for posting this.

Much love,

Its not an explanation of anger, and I am not going to try and make an answer for anger.
The only thing I know for sure, is that we take anger out on ourselves, and that is the wrong thing to do.

Recognize the signs of anger, and find a way of depleting it,its not ours, its theirs, and we need to see that, and not take the past out on ourselves, and not hurt ourselves when we think that we were never strong.

It hits your self-esteem, and damages health and relationships in life, dont let it win, you are the strong little guys, and dont forget it,
