Instead of erring on the side of caution, putting the rights of the community paramount to be safe from predetors and guarding the right of one and ignoring the rights of all...a child was tortured, molested and killed. Not only by the sex offender/predator who preyed on innocent, defenseless kids but by his family [parent's know better!!!!!!!!!!!!] and a friend. I don't care how slow his mental capacity, he knew enough to hide the body, disguise it in trashbags and discard it in a field. Justice is so concerned with the letter of the law it is blind to common sense and their legal responsibilty to the general good and safety of us all!!

I'm afraid that this story is even worse than first reported and I'm actually typing through tears of rage. It's so bad, that I can't even post the most recent article here. Beware, that if you search it there are major triggers for anyone who has a shred of humanity.

I have no words except condolence to the boys family.
Death penalty is not enough, let them take it in prison,

While I certainly did not mean to place this here to trigger pain- and as awful as this is- at least now- something is being done. How many bags were not found or investigated.

Finally we are being heard. Progress and recovery are both slow.

I saw everybody drink coffee and speed this shit up! I am getting tired of it!

Breathing- now.

There we go.

I hear ya there philobat,
for me sometimes this snails pace of recovery and justice seems a mighty cross to bear, but it's ours none the less...
If we fall 10 times we MUST get up 11.....

I was driving home last night and heard it again on the radio. Everytime I hear this story I get pissed off and really depressed. Then then I get frightened. I am going to put a GPS tracking device on my son. No sick f*&ck is going to hurt him, ever!

Death penalty works for me. These animals are not worth wasting my tax dollars on.

Money talks, but all it tells me is goodbye.

If I could meet myself as a boy...

Personally for me, I would like them to be on death row for the rest of their lives. They never actually get death, but they live with the possibility that any day it could happen!
