i have heard of the mental health day - people take now and then -
but it seems like - it should be a regular thing -
i jokingly made a slogan for a canadian psychological association - if their is such a thing -
" oh just ignore your mental health...it'll go away"
so i am trying to make it conscious - how to keep me healthy - and not so 'blown out'
i go to the gym - 4 days a week -
i do all my chores - and keep things running -
but i gotta take care of my self too -
and for me - that would be stopping and
just doing healthy non pushing stuff for my mind!
for maybe once a week - ?
