hey - needed to get out today - too much time indoors totally got me down -

the weather itself is hyper humid and drizzly

a powerful combo for being down in the mouth -

as I kind of had a really tough sleep last night -

I walked to the Union Station and back -

I was taking on the probs of the world -

I suddenly realized when a meal did not help that maybe it was the weather and lack of sleep -

and why in the heck was I so fixated on social issues -

ok forget it! i thought - i cannot think about social issues now - I just can't stay happy and be that way - so I just got superficial and enjoyed the green -

the walk helped -

then a nice shower to rinse off the sweat and city soot -

hanging in the AC now - and typin'

Strange...In Sweden they say "no bad weather, only bad clothes (it rymes in swedish)" but they have never experienced a TO humid day.

I talk with Swedish people, and they say that it is always cold and raining, but maybe not as bad as the poor Finnish folk,
