i went to the gym on Bloor street yesterday and walked then - back home (hotel) in round about way -

bloor street is the fanciest shop street in Toronto (the New York of all Canada)

I noticed a couple of women sitting on a bench -
totally bleached blonde coiffed hair - most expensive clothes sunglass - plastic surgery -
make up etc..

they were early 40s and they were screaming at each other like two very very spoiled 4 year olds -

it was so disgusting -

for those who have down syndrome - like the kids at special olympics - seeing them initially you have to adjust your mindset - i worked with them -and you realize they have their disability but you talk to them and they are just beautiful -
it made me weep once to be shown such love -
i was so alone -

seeing these women - i cannot speak it -

they were uspeakable - disgusting dissapated -
a soul that had turned in on itself -

like a crushed can - that was so ugly -

sick -
like blonde dimented painted evil gargoyles

the worst of what happens

" not look outside yourself for the leader."
-wisdom of the hopi elders

"...the sign of a true leader is service..." - anonymous

I know what you mean Mark, I often think a good slapping would work wonders!

loud ppl trigger me really bad, so I avoid anyone like that, and just get away.

I worked with kids with downs syndrome, and yes, you treat them as ordinary kids, and they love you to bits.

I worked with a 17yo girl who was attending a college, and her mum was so impressed, she phoned my boss to say so, and why? Because I treated her like a normal grown up girl.

Mark I know the people you are talking about. It can be so frustrating to see and hear people like that and know that so much sufering happens in the world.

I agree with Kev's girl friend. Bitch slap them.
