Thanks guys,

My son is in a Psychiatric Ward and safe. Today we can talk to his regular psychiatrist and see what to do from here. I appreciate the conern and prayers. I knew I could count on you guys. You and Male Survivor are the two of the best things I've ever found in my life. Each of you are special. I pray for you all each night.

Take care of yourselves, stay safe, and have a good day today. It's only as good as we try to make it!

Hello, Rich,

Thanks for letting us know how your son is doing.

And for the very warm words about this place called MaleSurvivor. I feel much the same.

And now, for the important question:

How are you doing?

I brought my son home from the hospital today! I'm off from work for the next 2 weeks, so I can watch him and already have an appointment with his psychiatrist and his psychologist lined up for Monday. I have an appointment for him to go sign up for an adult treatment and vocational rehab center on Wednesday.

In my mind, things may be looking up, but I still don't trust him, yet. Like the old saying goes, "you have to take it one day at a time." I'm just grateful that I still have him around to take those days one at a time with!

Thanks again for the prayers, guys. I love each of you, brothers.

I am glad your son is doing better, and that you have him home for the holidays. I hope that he learns from this experience as I did when I made a significant attempt, and as I am sure others here have learned through experience also. You are a good father.
